Zeratul (StarCraft Tabletop Miniatures Game)
Painted Zeratul with some wall-of-text from my heart. 馃檪
StarCraft has been among my favorites for well over twenty years now - whether it鈥檚 the games themselves or the worldbuilding. I鈥檝e been playing since childhood, starting with the first game, then moving on to the second, and eventually circling back to the original again. I was the kid hunting for pixels on new screenshots on the forums, the one who got into the beta long before Wings of Liberty launched, the one who explained Protoss tactics to my mom while waiting at the doctor, the one who asked for the expansion in the original box for Christmas so the HunCraft Hungarian localization would work. I just love this universe.
And my favorite character has always been Zeratul. I鈥檓 incredibly happy he ended up being the very first promo miniature for the game. A proper photoshoot will have to wait, who knows when I鈥檒l manage that, but I still wanted to share something in the meantime.
I kept some of the transparent parts. It鈥檚 as if he鈥檚 leaping out of cloak for a couple of strikes. The blade is transparent too, tinted green. It wasn鈥檛 easy to pull off, but the next one will be smoother. The metals are all NMM techniques. And the base, this is pretty much how the whole army鈥檚 terrain will look too. 馃檪
